DPJ Property Management, LLC is a fully licensed building and property management company, insured by Lloyds of London, England.

We offer services to residential and commercial property owners in the Collier county area of Southwest Florida.

We provide scheduled services for recurring and routine maintenance of all building mechanical systems including central air conditioning, geo-thermal systems, ponds, pumps, fountains, swimming pools, roofing, painting, docks, plumbing, back-up generators and all exterior cleaning and pressure cleaning services.

We provide lawn and landscape maintenance, tree trimming, annual plantings, sprinkler system monitoring and repair and exterior seasonal decorations. We also provide periodic cleaning services for vacant properties, scheduled night cleaning for commercial properties and day time residential housekeeping.

Our domestic staff are all qualified and experienced in special cleaning needs and the techniques required in maintaining high quality furnishings, natural wood and stone surfaces, artwork, crystal, fine china and precious metal surfaces. We can provide part-time and full-time staff for regular service or any special event. We also offer vehicle and boat services and airport runs.

We can also provide regularly scheduled walk-thru inspections for vacant properties (home watch) to monitor security systems and to guard against possible damaged caused by unexpected breakdown of mechanical systems, roofing, weather damage, varmint intrusion and burglary.
